Robindale, A.K.A. Smokeless established in 1915 on the site of the old "Pershing Farm named for G.T. Roboinson. General Superintendant of the Operator's Coal Company. Built to provide housing for the workers at the Robindale mine. Later known as the North American Coal Corp's, Conemaugh No. 1 mine.
