Sunnyside Lodge. Locally Listed building. The former gatekeeper’s lodge to “Sunnyside”, a substantial mid 19thC house of 10 bedrooms, over the site of which Woodberry Way and Sunnyside Drive were laid out in the 1920’s and 30’s
