In grateful remembrance of Bert Bissell MBE (1902 - 1998) Freeman of the Borough of Dudley, Freeman of Lochaber, Holder of the World Methodist Peace Prize and President of Vicar Street Young Men's Bible Class, Dudley from 1925 to 1998. Founder of the Peace Calm on Ben Nevis on 15th August, 1945. In the cause of World Peace through ongoing reconcillation amongst the nations Blessed are the Peacemakers.
