Commemorating the Official Opening of the Wey & Arun Junction Canal at The Compasses on 28th September 1816 by the 3rd Earl of Egremont, also the Official Opening of the new Compasses Bridge on 2nd October 2016, celebrating the 200th anniversary of the original opening.
