Hazel Nicholson on Flickr Charles Parker building. After a fire the Charles Parker, Boot and Shoe Manufacturers factory was rebuilt in 1906. Purchased by John White for shoe manufacturing in 1936. The building was renovated by the Rolton Group following its purchase in 1989.
