Calle Almirante Bonifaz Antiguamente Calle de Cantarranas "la mayor" Llamada asi en honor a Don Ramon Bonifaz (h. 1196-1252) que birigio la armada castellana que conquisto Sevilla en 1248. Su antiguo nombre se debia a las corrientes fluviales que circulaban en sus proximidades donde habia un gran numero de ranas.
English translation: Almirante Bonifaz Street Formerly Calle de Cantarranas "the largest" Named in honor of Don Ramon Bonifaz (c. 1196-1252) who led the Castilian fleet that conquered Seville in 1248. Its old name was due to the river currents that ran in its vicinity where there were a large number of frogs.
