Aquí vivió el poeta Vicente Aleixandre, hijo adoptivo de Málaga, que consagró a la «ciudad del paraíso» el más encendido de sus libros. El Ayuntamiento malagueño le dedica esta lápida. MCMLX.
English translation: Here lived the poet Vicente Aleixandre, adopted son of Malaga, who dedicated to the "city of paradise" the most passionate of his books. The Malaga City Hall dedicates this tombstone to him. MCMLX.
