Manhattan Apartments (built 1908 - renovated 1982) The original building was designed by Parr & Fee Architects. It has been renovated to accommodate a retail mall and the Manhattan Cooperative Housing Association. In 1983 it was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vancouver City Heritage Advisory Board.
