Frank Bramley R A Born at Sibsey on the 6th May 1857. Died at Chalford Hill, Gloucester on the 9th August 1915. A distinguished Lincolnshire-born painter. He trained at Lincoln School of Art and was a founder member of the Newlyn School of Artists.
