Grey plaque № 54676

The Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary's) was greatly honoured on its 50th anniversary, June 6, 1964, by being given the Freedom of the City of Victoria. This plaque commemorates the high honour paid to all ranks from this district who were members of Vancouver Island's own highland regiment within the period 1914-64. This plaque unveiled in British Columbia's centennial year 1966.
