Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth distributed the Royal Maundy in this cathedral 27 March 1975.
To the left of the entrance behind the front entrance screen of the cathedral. There are additional plaques commemorating the Queen's visit to celebrate the 750th anniversary of the consecration of the cathedral.
