To honour the memory of Alec Reeves CBE 1902-1971 Inventor of Pulse Code Modulation Key to the Digital Age Lived in Harlow and work at Standard Telecommunication Laboratories 1959-1971

Plaque missing when site surveyed 6th October 2021. The plaque had been surface mounted, affixed to the terrace wall by means of an adhesive which has left a visible impression next to the still extant Sir Charles Kao plaque.
