The Recruiting Sergeant Beerhouse This beerhouse, licensed around 1830, was one of the many public houses in Eaton Socon that had its licence refused in 1912. The house became a small farm for many years. The brook alongside the house the house was the boundary between Eaton Ford and Eaton Socon.
