Mathers Bar. Est. 1903. This pub is listed in CAMRA's (Campaign for Real Ale) National Inventory which was set up to protect the nation's most historic public house interiors. H P Mather has remained largely unaltered since World War Two and it is regarded as one of Edinburgh's most famous bars.
