Rotterdamsche Bank (1921) Dit voormalige bankgebouw (nr. 2) met directeurswoning (nr. 1) is ontworpen door H.F. Mertens, huisarchitect van de Nationale/Rotterdamsche Bankvereeniging. De invloed van de Amsterdamse School is zichtbaar in het siermetselwerk, het geometrisch snijwerk van de gootlijst en de zandstenen reliëfs op de voorgevel die symbolen van nijverheid voorstellen. Het art deco interieur op de bel-etage is nog vrijwel geheel intact. De kelder, waar de bankkluis zich bevond, is toegankelijk via de Museumtuin aan de achterzijde van het pand.
