A correspondent tells us, "The plaque was made by the Sculptor John Behan (no relation). It was embedded over the door by Joe Mcgill and Mick Whelan a bricklayer and old friend and IRA comrade of Brendan. It was unveiled on a Sunday afternoon by Cathal Goulding who made the oration at Brendan's Funeral."
