Commemorated on 1 plaque

In this building Norris Brothers designed the famous 'Bluebird CN7' in which Donald Campbell CBE took the World Land Speed Record to 403.1 mph in 1964, and in 1967 bravely gave his life attempting the World Water Speed Record in Norris Brothers' 'Bluebird K7'. This plaque marks the 50th anniversary of that tragic, but epic event.
