English translation: Wilhelm Lilienfeldt, arrested in 1936 for “racial shame” and sentenced to five months in prison for insulting/harassing an “Aryan woman.” Sold his two houses Markt 3 and 4 to Stadtsparkasse in 1938 for 110,000 marks. However, he only receives 2,150 marks of this because of the Reich Refuge Tax, moves with his family to Düsseldorf and dies there in 1941.
