Denne sibsskrue står som et minde for min far bjergningsentreprenør Claus Sørensen født d. 2–2–1888 på øen Langlig i Ho bugt. Denne skibsskrue er symbol på kraft som passer til min fars indsats for fiskerne og særlig her på den barske vestkyst, hvor Claus Sørensen til dels med egne midler opfandt og opsatte ud- og ophalingsspillet i Nr. Vorupør og senere på andre fiskerleje på vestkysten. Det første ud og ophalingsspil blev indviet d. 29–6–1940 i Nr. Vorupør.

English translation: This sibsscrew stands as a memory for my father mountain contractor Claus Sørensen born 2—2—1888 on the island of Langlig in Ho bay. This ship screw is a symbol of power to suit my father's efforts for the fishermen and especially here on the rugged west coast, where Claus Sørensen partly invented and set up the exhaustion game in Nr.
