Kapliczka została wybudowana w 1900 roku jej fundatorem był Ksawery Dębski. Na przełomie lat 1971-74 kapliczka została rozebrana, gdyż groziła zawaleniem. W 2001 roku została ponownie zbudowana i poświęcona. Jej fundatorami są: prawnuczka Ksawerego Dębskiego Małgorzata Okrajek z mężem Tadeuszem Okrajek, oraz przyjaciel rodziny Jan.

English translation: The chapel was built in 1900, its funder was Ksawery Dębski. At the turn of 1971-74, the shrine was dismantled as it threatened to collapse.
