Sullivan Expedition Against the Iroquois Indians, 1779 - Standing Stone (PLAQUE). 9 1/2 miles from Wyalusing, sixth encampement of Sullivan's army on the march from Wyoming to Teaoga August 8-9, 1779, was on river lowlands opposite the Standing Stone.
