Dan H. Lockard, Jr. 1954 - 2015 A man about town A man about Wellston A man about his community Dan H. Lockard, Jr. was a Wellston businessman who, by his own choosing, decided to make Wellston the place he would raise his family and make a difference in the community in which he lived. Dan was the plant manager for his family-owned business, Wellston Aerosol Mfg. He was a dedicated civic leader, an enthusiastic Rotarian, a faithful Mason and an influential Boy Scout leader, leaving an impact on all those he came in contact with throughout his short life span of 60 years. Dan was always the first one to volunteer his time, knowledge and labor, but was always the last one to leave the project. Because of his unending determination to improve our community, we honor Dan and say thank you for striving and succeeding to make Wellston a better place. The Dan H. Lockard, Jr. Memorial Bike Path
