C. ont été donnés les ordres d'opérations de l'Insurrection Pariesienne victorieuse (19 au 25 aoüt) décidée par le Comité Parisien de la Libération et le Conseil National de la Résistance
English translation: "On August 19, 1944, under the roof of this pavilion, the COLONEL ROL Chief of the F.F.I. of the Île de France installed its General Staff of this P.
