Пан Виталий Урович 01.05.1968-29.04.2014 Родился в городе Черняховске. С 1975-1985 учился в СШ № 1. Закончил Калининградское высшее инженерное училище инженерных войск. В 2011 г. Виталий Пан принимал личное участие в ликвидации взрыва на полигоне Цугол. Указом Президента РФ в 2011 г. награжден медалью Суворова. 29 апреля 2014 г. подполковник В. Пан, являясь командиром центра МТО Восточного военного округа, погиб, спасая подчиненный ему состав ценой своей жизни во время пожара, возникшего на складе боеприпасов и взрывчатых веществ в селе Большая Тура Забайкальского края. Указом Президента РФ 28 мая 2014 г. посмертно награжден орденом Мужества.
