King's Lynn Conservancy Board Established 1898 This plaque was unveiled by The Worshipful the Mayor of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, Councillor Doctor Paul Richards on the 29th July 1998. To commemorate 100 years since the establishment of the King's Lynn Conservancy Board, by the King's Lynn Conservancy Act 1897 (60 & 61 Vict. ch CXCVI).
