In questo fabbricato di Via San Nevolone ebbe lo studio dai primi anni sessanta lo scultore Angelo Biancini (1911-1988). Qui nei pressi dell'istituto statale d'arte in cui fu docente di plastica dal secondo dopoguerra al 1981 realizzò opere che gli valsero fama internazionale per modernità dell'espressione e rispetto della grande tradizione dell'arte italiana della quale emulò e sviluppò in modo insigne la grazie, la bellezza e la vocazione umanistica.
